This policy describes how Rain Salon and Spa Inc, operating as Tasha Beasley Skin, handles information for client appointments and service-related communications.

Information we collect and use

We collect information clients provide, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, service records, forms and communication preferences. We use it to arrange and provide requested services, maintain business records, respond to questions and send communications clients agree to receive.

Mobile information and text consent

Providing a phone number does not automatically enroll a client in texts. We obtain affirmative permission before enrolling a client in appointment and service-related text messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by providers that help us operate the service, including Cue and Twilio for client messaging, only as needed to provide those services.

Access, retention and choices

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to perform their work. Records are retained as needed to provide services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Clients may ask to review or correct their contact details and communication preferences, or request deletion, subject to records we need to retain. Reply STOP to stop texts. Contact us for other preferences or questions.
